Sales and Service Staff at Actic X We are looking for more employees to join our facility, Actic Luleå Pontusbadet.
Start date: As agreed
Employment level: 75%
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period
As Sales and Service Staff, you are an inspiration to our members. You spread joy and energy, working to create the best possible customer experience by being present and helpful. To thrive in this role, you enjoy varied tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Work at the reception, assisting our members with questions regarding training and membership.
- Ensure the facility and equipment are in top condition, and maintain cleanliness through cleaning duties.
- Work with sales, primarily focusing on membership sales, and encourage members to utilize our full range of training offerings.
Qualifications:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a strong interest in fitness and health.
- You show a genuine interest in people and service.
- You are available to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is considered an asset.
